Shoot Sol Campbell

England drew 2-2 with Sweden early this morning (my time, of course) in a fairly pacy game, but one which showed just how shaky the England defense was.

We never looked comfortable when Sweden took a corner or a free kick. And more than once, the ball almost went in.

In fact, the second Swedish goal was almost comical. A throw-in from the side line was missed by Sol Campbell completely and then by Robinson as Larsson touched it into goal. It was a rediculous bit of defending and the blame for it solely rests on the shoulders of Campbell.

When he came on in place of Rio Ferdinand, Campbell was immediately the hole in the England defense. It was almost like everything he did was wrong, save a few good tackles.

I think he should not even be in the squad, let alone play. Anybody is better than him when it comes to defense.

Sack him, Swen. Sack him now!
