A bit of de-jinxing

This pal of mine is getting a bit of deserved de-jinxing.

If you know him, you would know that he is blessed(?) with the worst luck anyone can have. If something wrong is going to happen, it will happen to him. If anything (not just anything wrong) is to happen, it will happen to him.

Only, this morning, when I spoke to him, he told me he had gotten a more-than-expected raise in his salary. It was part of repairing the damage that had been done a while back and was to get him to a place where he would live a comfortable life. He was finally getting what he deserves.

I hope this is the start to a major de-jinxing initiative by God to make the rest of his life a better one.
